预包装镁合金阳极是我公司为适应工程建设高节奏的施工要求,在以往单支牺牲阳极的基础上,辅以套装配件组装而成。使顾客施工更方便,满足顾客需求。套装镁合金阳极,由牺牲阳极1支,一根VV1* 10mm2电缆若干米,填包料若干公斤,棉布口袋1条,塑料编织袋1条组成。裸阳极首先和电缆连接,连接部位用环氧树脂密封,然后加填充料封装在棉布袋里。组装镁阳极的质量指标为:电缆连接电阻低,电缆连接强度高。填充料的构成为:
Pre-packed magnesium alloy anode is assembled by our company on the basis of single sacrificial anode and supplemented with set accessories to meet the requirements of high speed and high efficiency in engineering construction. Make customer construction more convenient to meet customer needs. The magnesium alloy anode is composed of 1 sacrificer anode, a VV1* 10mm2 cable of several meters, several kilograms of packing material, a cotton pocket and a plastic woven bag. The bare anode was first connected to the cable, the connection was sealed with epoxy resin, and then filled in a cotton bag. The quality index of assembled magnesium anode is: low cable connection resistance, high cable connection strength. The composition of filling material is:
(1)石膏粉:75%、(2)膨闰土:20%,(3)无水硫酸纳:5%
