1、产品介绍 Product introduction
参比电极是阴极保护系统中重要的组成部分之一。它即可用来测量被保护构筑物的电位,又可作为恒电位仪自动控制的信号源。
Reference electrode is one of the important components in cathodic protection system. It can be used to measure the potential of the protected structure and can be used as the signal source automatically controlled by the potentiostat.
2、产品应用 Product application
(1)精确监测阴极保护状态,用于牺牲阳极保护的电位测量。
(1) Accurately monitor the state of cathodic protection, used for potential measurement of sacrificial anode protection.
(2)在外加电流阴极保护系统中,作自动控制的稳定信号源,适用于埋地管道及地下金属构筑物的阴极保护工程。

(3)可埋设在需要监测而又不能进入的位置。如:大型容器底中心位置;地下燃料库与化学贮罐之间不能接近的位置;城市路面底下的管网等。可在工程施工期间预先埋设,长期使用。

3、使用方法 Method of use
1.打开端帽,将硫酸铜晶体倒入电极管体内。

2.再倒入适量的蒸馏水或纯净水,使硫酸铜晶体溶解后形成饱和硫酸铜溶液。饱和的标志就是电极管体一直保持有晶体存在。拧紧后即可用来测量电位。
2, then pour the right amount of distilled water or pure water, make the copper sulfate crystal dissolved after the formation of saturated copper sulfate solution. A sign of saturation is the constant presence of crystals in the electrode tube. After tightening, it can be used to measure potential.
3.测量电位时,电极体插入电介质(水或土壤)中,对土壤,只要其端部和土壤接触即可,测量时尽量靠近管道以减小管地电位的影响。电位测量时万用表表笔一端接参比电极引出线,一端连接测试线或测试端子。
3.When the potential is measured, the electrode body is inserted into the dielectric (water or soil). For the soil, as long as its end is in contact with the soil, it can be measured as close as possible to the pipe to reduce the influence of the pipe ground potential. For potential measurement, connect one end of the multimeter to the reference electrode lead wire and the other end to the test wire or test terminal.
